Follow Our Lord’s Footsteps

with Fr. Ian VanHeusen, Sam Guzman, & Dana Catherine

Highlights

  • Experience the Sacraments like never before: Renew your baptismal promises in the Jordan River, renew your marriage vows in Cana (or join in celebrating those that are doing so!), and celebrate Mass daily.

  • Never read Scripture the same again: Ride on the Sea of Galilee, make a visit to Bethlehem, pray in the Garden of Gethsemane, kneel in the tomb of Jesus, and more!

  • Contemplate the mysteries of Jesus' life: Pray the Stations of the Cross on the path Jesus walked to Calvary, visits sites which commemorate Jesus' miraculous healings, and see where the angel Gabriel visited Mary during the Annunciation.

Fr. Ian VanHeusen is a priest of the Diocese of Raleigh. Before entering seminary he was an English teacher in Fayetteville, North Carolina. In seminary, he specialized in the intersection of Moral Theology and what is called Ascetical and Mystical Theology. Another way of putting this is that he focused his studies on how an individual goes from good to better and grows in their relationship with the Lord. He is founder of the Art of Living Well which is a digital media non-profit that creates positive content that helps people to unleash God’s grace in their lives. He is currently assigned to the Catholic Campus Ministry at East Carolina University and as the Parochial Vicar at St Peter’s Parish In Greenville, North Carolina.

Dana Catherine
Singer-Songwriter, Recording Artist, Speaker
-  DanaCatherineMusic.com

A young singer/songwriter, speaker and former youth minister, Dana travels throughout the U.S. to encourage and inspire others with her songs and stories. Growing up in a Catholic family, Dana always had a strong faith, but it wasn’t until she went to college that her relationship with God truly deepened. Through the ups and downs of college life, Dana began to understand that true and lasting happiness, peace, and purpose is found in Christ alone. Only then did she realize that God was calling her to step out and share His truth and love with others using the musical gifts she was given.

At just 25 years old, Dana's music and bold witness have led her to perform and speak at high schools, youth rallies, conferences and other diocesan youth events alongside nationally known speakers, including Leah Darrow, Dr. Scott Hahn, and Mark Hart. She’s also led worship at numerous retreats, including those led by accomplished author and speaker, Father Jacques Philippe, and toured with international Christian artists, such as Phil Wickham ("This is Amazing Grace"), Micah Tyler ("Different") and Josh Wilson ("Pushing Back the Dark").

With one album already under her belt, Dana recently released her latest EP, Nothing in the World, which can be found everywhere music is sold.

Why is this is an estimated final package price?

Final airline taxes and fees may fluctuate until flights are ticketed (about 30 days prior to departure). Any excess fees levied by the airlines beyond the original total price at time of booking will be the responsibility of each pilgrim. Also, prices are based on the current (as of October 2018) exchange rate of 1 U.S. dollar to 3.65 ILS (Israeli New Shekel). Any drastic fluctuations in currency exchange rates could affect the final pilgrimage pricing.

If you have any questions about pricing and when final pricing decisions will be communicated, please do not hesitate to contact us at any time.
